Language Tuition:

One-to-one individual sessions conducted online (via Skype, Zoom or Teams) £30-£40 per hour
depending on the language, level, and exam preparation required.

Discounts available for block bookings of more than 6 hours of tuition payable in advance.
 
Payment is required no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
 
For cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice, a full charge will be made.

Translations:

• Certificates (birth, death, marriage, divorce, adoption, academic…): our standard charge
  per page of document varies from £30 to £50 depending on the language combination;
  please email us a copy of your documents for an accurate quotation.  For French/English
  certified translations, please refer to our price list here.

• Contracts, commercial and marketing documents: our rates can be provided upon
  application because they will depend on various factors such as the length, nature of the
  document, its format, conversions, the language combination and its level of urgency.

Proofreading:

Our rate for checking the style, grammar, accuracy, spelling and understanding of a document is between £30 and £40 per hour depending on the language.

Interpreting:

Interpreting services provided at business meetings, staff training and private functions such as weddings are priced according to the nature, times, duration, location and language pairs of the assignment (minimum of 1 hour).

We can provide you with rates:

• per hour (typically for European languages during normal office hours: £40-£45)

• per half day (£160)

• per full day (£320)

Additional travel time, mileage and subsistence expenses may apply. Please contact us for a no-obligation quote.
 

Deposits:

• Translation and interpreting assignments may incur an upfront deposit of 25% of the initial quotation before work commences.

Payment terms:

We accept payment by:

• Cash (for tuition only)

• Cheques (backed by a bank card)

• BACS transfers

• PayPal

NB: We regret we are unable to accept payments by Credit / Debit cards at present.
